Investment begins with hiring quality-minded employees. From there, we continue to educate each employee throughout their career at Penn United. Teaching the basics of quality systems through the use of tools such as SPC, GD&T, and LEAN Manufacturing, gives our employees a greater understanding of how to meet your rising expectations and your goals for quality. Additionally, our continuous improvement program gives our employees the opportunity to suggest improvements that will benefit not only Penn United but our customers as well.

While training is critical, so is the need for the latest inspection equipment. With over 8,000 pieces of calibrated equipment meeting the requirements of ISO 17025, all of our products are inspected to the highest precision with exceptional accuracy. Working with customers to set up PFMEA’s, control plans, and a fully-computerized documentation system, each process is customized and designed for success.  We are proactive to address your out-of-control conditions and will work with you on products needing innovative solutions.
